How ordering and local delivery works for Modi G Kirana.
Modi G Kirana currently delivers only within Nokha, Bikaner, Rajasthan. We are a hyperlocal service by design — this lets us deliver quickly and keep prices fair for our community. Orders can only be placed if your delivery address falls within our serviceable area, which will be verified in the App at checkout. We plan to expand to more local areas over time.
Most orders placed within our service hours are delivered on the same day, subject to order volume, product availability, and local conditions such as weather or traffic. Estimated delivery windows are shown in the App at the time of ordering. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery slots.
Delivery charges, if any, will be clearly shown in the App before you confirm your order. We may offer free delivery above a certain order value from time to time; any such offers will be displayed within the App.
If a delivery attempt fails because you are unreachable, the address provided is incorrect, or entry to the location is not possible, we will attempt to contact you to reschedule. Repeated failed deliveries due to incorrect information or unavailability may result in order cancellation as described in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
We encourage you to check your items at the time of delivery, before completing payment (Cash on Delivery) or scanning the WhatsApp QR code, to confirm that all items are correct and undamaged. If you notice any issue, please inform the delivery person immediately and also reach out to our support team.
If an ordered item is temporarily out of stock, we will inform you before delivery wherever possible and offer a suitable substitute or remove that item from your order and bill accordingly. We will never substitute an item and charge you without your consent.
