The rules and terms that govern your use of Modi G Kirana.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Modi G Kirana mobile application (the "App"), operated for customers within Nokha, Bikaner, Rajasthan. By downloading, registering on, or placing an order through the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Modi G Kirana is available only as a mobile application. We do not operate a website or web app through which orders can be placed; this website exists purely to provide information about the App and our policies.
You must be at least 18 years old, or place orders under the supervision of an adult, and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use the App. You must also be located within our current delivery area — Nokha, Bikaner, Rajasthan — to place an order.
Prices displayed in the App are set for the local Nokha market and may change without prior notice due to supplier cost changes. Product availability depends on local stock; if an item you ordered is unavailable, we will inform you and either substitute it (with your consent), remove it from your bill, or cancel that portion of your order.
Modi G Kirana does not support any online payment gateway, card payment, or in-app UPI checkout. All orders are paid for using one of the following methods only:
You agree to keep the exact or nearby amount ready at the time of delivery to help our delivery staff serve you and other customers efficiently.
We aim to deliver orders within the estimated time shown in the App; however, delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, traffic, order volume or local conditions. Please see our Delivery Policy for full details.

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders where such behaviour is observed.
Modi G Kirana strives to deliver accurate orders and quality products sourced from local kirana suppliers. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from delays, stock unavailability, or issues beyond our reasonable control. Our liability for any valid claim relating to an order is limited to the value of that order.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms, misuse the ordering or payment process, or engage in behaviour that harms our service or staff. You may stop using the App and request deletion of your account at any time — see our Account Deletion page.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from use of the App shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts having authority over Bikaner, Rajasthan.
We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
